Jessica Peterson's an incredibly sociable Fortune sim who has little time for practical endeavours, however she certainly can set her mind to accomplishing an important task. She's romantic and charming, and had lived a life of luxury with her ex-husband Armand DeBateau. Now, she has her own spot under the sun at the Mobile Homes, and it's there that she's slowly making her own path, which consists of work, money and trying to get her hands on a different rich man's wallet. She's all about adding up exploits, and the biggest question concerning her is: will her conquests eventually break her?

Observations:
- Jessica wasn't in love with Armand and isn't in love with Carlos, who is her current conquest. Will she ever fall in love?
- She's not that attracted to Carlos. When she first invited Carlos over, she was more interested in interacting with her neighbour Maria Marsh than chatting up Carlos.
Notable events:
- Jessica and Armand did try to get along in the park, but they had a public fight because of Armand's adopted daughter who had called Jessica earlier in the day.
- Jessica and Carlos have their first date and first woohoo (and Carlos' first ever woohoo).
