Vivian Cho and Etsu Cho: Round 1 Bio

For a long time, Vivian only lived to love and protect her little daughter Etsu, her only remaining family member. Her days were long and exhausting, and sometimes she went to bed with her stomach growling and gurgling. Her medical internship was intensive but something that she had to, just had to do, because it helped in a way to know that she was saving a life or helping to ease a stranger's pain. (Sometimes, she'd think about her darling Etokas and hope that his final moments were as pain-free as possible.) Her routine was simple, her routine never changed: Etsu, work, sleep, Etsu, work, sleep, Etsu-

Then, she met Timothy Riley, the star surgeon who was a walking textbook and had the ear of the current Chief of Staff, and there was nothing remarkable about that moment, when they shook hands and introduced themselves, but from thereon he was simply everywhere. In the cafeteria, overseeing her by the operating table, greeting her in the hallway, walking upstairs to the apartment he shared with his little girl.

And Vivian's heart skipped a beat. She pulled her daughter close and found herself thinking about a future that wasn't so bleak anymore. For the first time, after a long time, she found herself wondering: What if … ?

Observations:

• Even though Vivian's really attracted to Timothy, she didn't roll wants concerning romance. She does want more children, to expand her family.

• learn Fire Prevention (she wants to make sure that her home is safe for her family)
• learn a skill (she hasn't been able to focus on improving her skills for work)
• go fishing (she remains at home with Etsu but does want to go out)
• get engaged to Timothy

Notable events for the first round:

• Dylan Morgan is attracted to Vivian, who - so far - hasn't indicated an attraction to him
• Lana Christensen might be a bit of a prankster
• Carlos Contender called to wish Etsu a happy birthday, and then he and Vivian became best friends
• The birthday party: Vivian and Sally became best friends, Etsu gained an extra want slot from growing up really well, Vivian and Timothy fell in love and then kissed, and the party was a roof raiser
